Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery Time
- Major centres: 2 to 4 business days
- Outlying areas: 3 to 7 business days
Risk Transfer
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
Failed Delivery
Incorrect delivery details may result in additional charges.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & WARRANTY (CPA SECTIONS 44 & 56)
Cooling-Off Period
Customers may cancel within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions:
- Item unused
- Original packaging intact
- Return shipping at customer cost
CPA Warranty (6 Months)
If goods are defective, unsafe, or unfit:
Customer may request:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Refund
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
Reported within 48 hours for priority handling.
Refunds
- Processed after inspection
- Returned via original payment method
- 5 to 10 business days
ELECTRONICS-SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Opened software or activation codes
- Used or installed components (CPU, RAM, GPU) unless defective
- Products with broken seals (earphones, wearables)
- Damage from misuse or incorrect installation
- Missing packaging or accessories
